Stafford", some marked "CCS"; set of (6) teaspoons by Thomas Goldsmith, Troy, NY, c. 1850-1880, inscribed "H. Filkins.", marked with "T. Goldsmith" and a pseudo-hallmark; set of (4) teaspoons marked "B. Bryant Jr." in an S-scroll cartouche; set of (3) teaspoons by J. Augustus Smith, Saratoga Springs, NY, late 19th century, inscribed "R. Flagler.", marked with "J.A. Smith" and a pseudo-hallmark; pair of teaspoons by Volney Wells Haskell, Otis, MA; pair of teaspoons by Whiting Mfg. Co. for T.W. Whitney, inscribed illegibly, marked; (2) flatware in the Jenny Lind pattern by Albert Coles, New York, NY, c. 1835-1875, one dinner knife, the other a sugar shell spoon inscribed "Carrie"; ladle by Miles Gorham, New Haven, CT, c. 1790-1840; (11) individual teaspoons, comprising John Vernon, Benjamin Pitman, Newell Harding, Frederick Starr Blackman, Elias Camp, "_ + Kimball", "_ Newton", "...tt & Brothers", spoon with pseudo-hallmark, and (2) unmarked; and (4) tablespoons by unidentified makers, comprising "A.W. & Co." with pseudo-hallmark, "J.M. Heywood", spoon with pseudo-hallmark, and unmarked spoon. Most marked. 53 pieces total.

  • Dimensions: Longer (unmarked tablespoon) 8 3/4 in. (22.2 cm.); total approximate weight 37.7 troy oz.
  • Condition: Scratches, wear, minor dirt and grime. A few spoons with dents to bowls. One Volney Wells Haskell spoon with split to bowl.

As a small auction house, we do not handle shipping internally. We do have a few options for you to choose from-

3. Pickup at our gallery. We are located at 485 Montauk Hwy, East Moriches, NY 11940. We are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm for pickup. If picking up, applicable local sales tax will be added to your invoice. Please contact us before coming so we can retrieve your item(s).
4. If you purchased furniture or very large items, please email us and we can provide you a list of shippers to contact.
5. Naturally, you can also use an outside shipper of your choice.
